RETURNS, REFUNDS & CANCELLATION POLICY

All registrations made on our website are final and non-refundable. As we offer offline courses with strictly limited seats, once a registration is confirmed and payment is successfully processed, the seat is permanently reserved for the participant.

Due to this seat allocation and logistical planning involved in conducting each course, no cancellations, refunds, or returns will be permitted under any circumstances, including but not limited to non-attendance, change of personal plans, or scheduling conflicts.

We strongly advise participants to carefully review all course details, schedules, and eligibility requirements before completing the registration process. By proceeding with the payment, the participant acknowledges and agrees to this policy.

In exceptional situations, the organisation may, at its sole discretion, consider allowing a transfer of registration to another eligible participant, subject to prior written approval.
